Never has technology played as big a role within the HR function as now. Its use is growing more important by the day, but do HR departments understand it or even embrace it properly.

The ideals are to ensure that the best practices and techniques are utilized to ensure that HR departments can spend less time on mundane day-to-day administrative tasks, thus allowing more time to be allocated to actually managing the HR process.

This is something most HR departments haven’t fully embraced or accepted yet.

During the course of this year’s forums, we will take a look at the impact technology has had on the HR function, but more importantly, examine where it hasn’t or isn’t working. We will debate the future development of the HR function and the role technology will play – where is it going and how will it get there?
